Privacy policy
What we collect, what we don’t, what we’d never sell.
What we collect
Email + phone (from your Clerk sign-up). Your profile fields (display name, bio, city, etc). Files you upload (images, CAD). The content of your posts and messages. Subscription state (Razorpay handles card data — we never see it). Anonymous product analytics (PostHog), error logs (Sentry).
What we don’t
Card numbers. Government IDs in full (Pro KYC stores only PAN-last-4 and Aadhaar-last-4). Browser fingerprints. Cross-site tracking. Anything we don’t need.
Who we share with
Service providers we depend on: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (auth), Cloudinary (images), Cloudflare R2 (CAD files), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), MSG91 (WhatsApp/SMS), Sentry (errors), PostHog (analytics). Each is contractually bound to use your data only to serve you.
What we’d never sell
Your data. Your portfolio. Your contacts. Your messages. Period.
Your rights
Export everything from /settings → Data export. Delete your account from same place. Both work within 30 days.
AI training
We don’t train models on your content. We don’t allow third parties to scrape Sooonar for training data. If you find scraped Sooonar content in a training dataset, tell us — we’ll pursue it.
Cookies
Session cookies from Clerk (required to be logged in). PostHog analytics cookie (you can opt out at /settings → Privacy). Nothing else.
